The ABC’s of a Happy Life

Finding yourself in a rut lately? Is happiness beyond your reach? Are you anxious about tomorrow or depressed about yesterday? Follow along these next 26 days, your happiness awaits!

Over the next 26 days, I will produce a series of blog posts that aim at helping you live a healthy and happy life. A gentle reminder every day that our life is what we make of it and we will only get back what we are willing (and never able) to put into it.

Hopefully, once you have read them all and followed through on a few, your happiness will become a little more consistent. We can never chase happiness, it doesn’t exist. Happiness is a state of mind and a way of life, it is always there. Practicing mindfulness every day is the only way to becoming a master of your happiness.
